Chef Devin fell in love with sushi by chance. A chance meeting that's turned into a life long passion.Back home in Idaho Devin started training when she was 16 years old and has been working in sushi fo over 10 years now. After stints training under chefs in Seattle and San Diego; devin found herself landing in the portland area where she is one of the youngest head sushi chefs in the Portland food scene, not to mention one of the few women sushi chefs.
